We charge a registration fee of £500 plus vat.  This covers basic costs including the communications, research and property viewings.  This fee is charged for a three month search, during that time we will have normally sourced a property but if not we would have discussed with you if a further search/fee is required.

On exchange of contracts we will deduct the registration fee from your final bill.

Finders Fee

We suggest two different ways of paying our fees giving you the choice of how you would prefer to pay us for the work you have done.  Each option is subject to a minimum fee of £3,000.  All invoices are payable upon completion of the transaction.

 Fee Structure 1

 2% of the purchase price

 Fee Structure 2

 1.5% of the purchase price plus 10% of the difference negotiated between the original advertised asking price and the eventual purchase price

All invoices subject to vat at the prevailing rate currently 17.5%
